WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR TEST, REGISTER IT ONLINE
The first thing you have to do when you receive your kit (even before providing the saliva sample) is to register it in the blue box marked “Client sign-in/Register”. You can find above the link, you will also receive an email with the proper link. It’s easy to create a user account with your personal data; Once created, just follow the steps to copy the serial number from the sample collection tube of your tellmeGen kit into the appropriate place in your account.
DEPOSIT YOUR SALIVA SAMPLE
Once you have registered your kit, you can provide your saliva sample. It’s important to do this correctly. Just spit saliva (not bubbles) into the tube until it reaches the “fill-to” mark. Remember not to smoke, eat, drink or chew gum for at least 30 minutes prior to collecting your sample. Although it seems incredible, your entire DNA information can be extracted from this small sample.
